Actor Jay Goede has appeared in popular TV shows like LAW & ORDER and LAW & ORDER: CRIMINAL INTENT, movies like ETHAN FROME and 54, and is an accomplished theater star who is frequently on stage performing. He has appeared in many Broadway, Off-Broadway, and regional theatrical productions, opposite such legendary actors as Joanne Woodward, Sigourney Weaver, Marcia Gay Harden, Cynthia Nixon, Ron Liebman, F. Murray Abraham, Cherry Jones, Dana Ivey, Mark Lin-Baker Marlo Thomas, Valerie Harper, Viola Davis, Liev Schreiber, Frances McDormand, Leah Thompson, and Jessie Tyler Ferguson. In 1999, Jay provided the voice of the fan-favorite characters “MewTwo” and “Dr. Fuji” in POKEMON: THE FIRST MOVIE – MEWTWO STRIKES BACK, working under a pseudonym “Philip Bartlett” – many years later, enthusiastic Pokemon fans tracked him down, and in 2022 he made his very first convention appearances, one of them with us. We were honored to be one of his very first stop on the American con scene, and we figured now is as good a time as any to have him back, so don’t miss this rare opportunity to meet him in person and get something awesome signed – a trading card, a photo, a Funko POP, or whatever you think would look cool. Jay is also a great artist, and will have a limited number of original sketches available for sale at a small premium. Check his table for info. Don’t miss seeing Jay Goede at DALLAS COMIC SHOW’s Holiday Special this November 21-22, 2026 at NTX Arena in Lewisville!
