John Romita Jr. – legendary artist of UNCANNY X-MEN, AMAZING SPIDER-MAN, CAPTAIN AMERICA, THE AVENGERS, and ETERNALS. He co-created KICK-ASS with Mark Millar, which spawned two successful films. In recent years he’s worked on SUPERMAN and DARK KNIGHT III: THE MASTER RACE for DC Comics, and is now working on the new ALL-STAR BATMAN with writer Scott Snyder. John Romita Jr.’s signing policy is as follows – first three are free, $2 each after that, $10 each if witnessed for certification. There will be signature witnessing available through Desert Wind’s Celestial Comics, who will be the Official CGC Facilitator for the Dallas Comic Show.
Doug Mahnke – artist of SUPERMAN: REBIRTH, Doug has also worked on BATMAN, BLACK ADAM: THE DARK AGE, FINAL CRISIS, GREEN LANTERN #43-67 (2005 series), GREEN LANTERN #1-20 (2011 series, New 52), JLA #50 and 61-100 (1997 series), JUSTICE LEAGUE (2011 series, New 52), JUSTICE LEAGUE ELITE #1-12, JUSTICE LEAGUE OF AMERICA (2013 series), MAJOR BUMMER #1-15, THE MASK #0-5 (1995 series), STORMWATCH: P.H.D., SUPERMAN/WONDER WOMAN #13-26, SUPERMAN: THE MAN OF STEEL #87-118, TEAM ZERO and X (Dark Horse), to name but a few.
Scott Lobdell – writer of DC’s New 52 with TEEN TITANS, DOOMED, GOTHAM CITY SIRENS, RED HOOD AND THE OUTLAWS, SUPERBOY, SUPERMAN, and more. He’s currently working on RED HOOD/ARSENAL. Scott also wrote X-MEN, UNCANNY X-MEN and GENERATION X, EXCALIBUR, X-FACTOR, DAREDEVIL, and Heroes Reborn versions of IRON MAN and FANTASTIC FOUR. He was the primary creative force behind X-title related storylines like “X-Cutioner’s Song”, “Fatal Attractions”, “Phalanx Covenant”, “Age of Apocalypse”, the “Onslaught” saga, and “Operation: Zero Tolerance.”
Alex Saviuk – legendary artist of books like ACTION COMICS, ADVENTURES OF SPIDER-MAN, AMAZING SPIDER-MAN, DC COMICS PRESENTS, THE FLASH, GREEN LANTERN, THE NEW ADVENTURES OF SUPERBOY, SPIDER-MAN ADVENTURES, Stan Lee’s THE MIGHTY 7, SUPERMAN, THE SUPERMAN FAMILY, WORLD’S FINEST COMICS, and THE X-FILES.
Aspen Comics – publishing studio founded by Michael Turner, producing books like FATHOM, SOULFIRE and more. President and Co-Founder Frank Mastromauro and others (to be announced) will be at the show with all their latest titles.
Sean McKeever – writer known for his work on SPIDER-MAN LOVES MARY JANE, along with GRAVITY and SENTINEL. His numerous credits include BIRDS OF PREY, FEAR ITSELF: YOUTH IN REVOLT, FIRESTAR, INCREDIBLE HULK, INHUMANS, MARVEL ADVENTURES SPIDER-MAN, MARVEL AGE FANTASTIC FOUR, MARY JANE, MARY JANE: HOMECOMING, MYSTIQUE, SPIDER-MAN FAMILY, WEB OF SPIDER-MAN, and YOUNG ALLIES.
