ASPEN COMICS is coming to Dallas Comic Show this August 6-7

This is quite cool. We’re thrilled to welcome the wonderful folks at Aspen Comics to Dallas Comic Show this August 6-7. Founded in January 2003 by superstar comic artist Michael Turner, Aspen prides itself on producing entertainment properties of the highest quality visual and storytelling elements, which helped Aspen MLT, Inc. quickly carve its mark on the comic book industry. Co-founder and President Frank Mastromauro will be here, along with other talent to be announced soon (stay tuned for names), and they’ll be bringing some awesome Apsen Store exclusives for fans to check out, including a limited supply of the hot new Michael Turner variant for DC Universe Rebirth HARLEY QUINN #1.

A note from Dallas Comic Show founder Mark Walters – “The very first convention I did on my own back in May of 2000 had Michael Turner as the headline guest. Mike and I were good friends, and his passing really hit me hard, as I’m sure it did many on the comics community. Since that show I’ve been wanting to have Aspen back to attend one of the Dallas cons as a way of carrying on his spirit and celebrating his memory. I couldn’t be happier to have Frank and his crew join us for the August event. I hope everyone checks out the exciting books they’re producing, easily some of the best-looking comics in the business.”
